Chocolate covered snowballs

Ingredients

12 ounces chocolate chips (white or milk)

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Half a bag of marshmallows

Various sprinkles and candies

Directions

1. Combine the chocolate and the vegetable oil and melt in the microwave. Start with 30-second intervals on high and stir afterwards. Continue with short intervals until the chocolate melts and stirs smoothly.

2. Dip marshmallows in chocolate. If you’re coating them completely, use a toothpick or other utensil to hold them.

3. Roll the chocolate-covered portions in sprinkles or candies (alternately, sprinkle the decorations on the chocolate-covered portions).

4. Place on wax paper and allow to cool completely
